  4. Decap/die inspection (when needed) – For high-risk or legacy parts, chemical decapsulation exposes the die surface for microscopic verification of die markings and authenticity.
  5. Date/lot verification & COA management – We cross-verify incoming lots against supplier certificates of conformance (COCs/COAs) and OEM manufacturing data to make certain the lot code, date, and revision history match authorized production.
